BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS AMERICA
We’re back to the regular time of 4:30-5:30 p.m. for our June 12th meeting (second Monday of every month). Join us for a short presentation from Julie Valluet. She’s been polishing her signature story and one other and would love our positive, professional feedback. Both are delightful and know you will enjoy them.
Last month we talked about the Iron Imperative in writing. Here it is translated for speaking, “Treat your audience/listener’s time as more valuable than your own,” and, “Make sure your message is clear.” To deliver a clear message, you must know exactly what you want to convey and perfect the delivery. Bring the set of features, advantages, benefits, pain, and pleasure info you started last month. If you don’t have it, we will get you started.
We will also cover the new opportunities that the ACA Speakers’ Bureau will bring to all of us and how you can benefit from new club feature.
NOTE: Committee Meeting will be at 4:00 p.m.
Everyone is a presenter, whether you like it or not. We do it every day. The next time you speak about your business know that you are sending the right message, that your message is clear, and that it gives you the best chance of getting the results you desire. We want to help you polish your presentation, whether it’s a 30-second spot, keynote, sales presentation, 1-on-1, workshop, video business card message, or whatever you do. Join us and learn valuable techniques that you can implement right now, and have some good fun.
