ACA BUSINESS CLUB OF KANSAS CITY

Welcome to the ACA Business Club! The Business Club is designed to serve as a private and convenient venue for Business Club members to entertain, host meetings and events, seminars, workshops, as well as private corporate events, receptions, celebrations and more. The Business Club is conveniently located close to 435 & Metcalf in Overland Park. To schedule a tour and event consultation please contact Lisa Bodenhausen, ACA Event Coordinator, at 913-439-0112 or email Lisa.Bodenhausen@acanetwork.org. 

The following provides an overview of the Business Club amenities and options available for your next meeting or event. 

Business Club EVENT Amenities

  • 3,400 square feet of meeting and event space accommodating up to 200 people. 
  • Sumner One Boardroom accommodates up to 20 people with AV system for presentations. 
  • ACA Cafe accommodates up to 40 people. 
  • Private room available that can be used as a changing room.
  • In-house Video Production Studio is available to video your events (additional costs apply).
  • Stage with sound system, projector and screen. 
  • Breakfast and lunch menu options available through the cafe for small meetings.
  • Catering menu for larger meetings and events (outside caterers are welcome).
  • Cafe Bar with a variety of beverages available. 
  • Free and convenient parking directly in front of Business Club. 
  • Tables and chairs included. 
  • Lighted courtyard for outdoor events. 
  • Convenient location near 435 and Metcalf. 

Security

24/7 security system with video surveillance available. Overland Park Public Safety monitors all parking locations. Additional security may be arranged at $50 per hour, per guard. 


Bartending

The Business Club will provide a bartender upon request. Bartending fees will apply and a customized beverage menu is also available upon request. 

DJ & Live Music

A sound system is provided for all events. The Business Club offers preferred pricing on DJ's or you may bring in your own. 

Décor & Floral

Please plan to provide centerpieces & other décor with 11:00 am access. Candles are welcome. Limitations: No Fireworks, sparklers, confetti, tapered candles, adhesives or nails.

Coordination & Planning

Our event team is available to assist throughout the planning process in person, via email, phone. You may hire an approved outside coordinator to assist with décor, agenda, ceremony, etc. 

Pricing

Event Center: $125 per hour

Event Center - and ACA Cafe: $200 per hour

Sumner One Boardroom: $75 per hour

Club Concierge: All events hosted at the Business Club on weekends and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays will have a Club Concierge assigned to the event. An additional $15 per hour will apply. 

Equipment Fees: All equipment including audio/visual, tables and chairs are included in pricing.

Clean up Fee: $100 per event. This fee may be waived for those that choose to clean up themselves. 

A two hour minimum applies to all events. 

LODGING

Several hotels are within walking distance from the Business Club and offer special pricing for Business Club members and their guests. 

Reservations

The Business Club and event space exists for the benefit of its members. Non-members may reserve the Business Club if there is a Business Club member willing to sponsor (sign off on) the event. 5% discount for prepayment for recurring events. LOCATION

The ACA Business Club is conveniently located at 6840 W. 105th St. Overland Park, KS KS 66212. (105th & Metcalf on the east side of the Metcalf 103 Shopping Center).
