Business Fellowship is a ministry serving the professionals, executives and business owners within the local church for the purpose of impacting the marketplace for the glory of God, and to assist each other in achieving true and lasting success.
This mission is accomplished by providing regular opportunities for encouragement, accountability, business development, building relationships, training and outreach.
Business Fellowship also serves as a tool to strengthen relationships within the church, as well as an outreach program for members to engage and serve those in the local business community. The Business Fellowship ministry is underwritten by your local ACA Business Club so there is no cost to participate.
Business Fellowship Meeting
Business Fellowship hosts a monthly meeting at the church for all church members, and their guests, who have an interest in networking and building high-quality relationships. The purpose is to share, encourage, learn and pray for each other.
Business Fellowship values the importance of relationships, and as a result, hosts the Marketplace Summit each quarter. The Marketplace Summit showcases the business leaders and organizations that are making a positive impact in our community, as well as connects and build relationships between business owners, professionals, and executives that attend churches across the metro area. The Summit is also designed to provide training, encouragement and fellowship with clients, colleagues and the wider business community.
The Marketplace Directory was created as a tool to connect the professionals, executives and business owners within a specific church congregation, as well as throughout the metro area. We encourage you to utilize the Marketplace Directory as a great referral source for yourself, your clients, and the members in your church. All members - in good standing - of the Business Fellowship Host Church are entitled to a free business listing. Participation in Business Fellowship is not required. Contact the leader of the Business Fellowship ministry at your church to receive your free business listing.
Did you Know? The majority of the men in any church are engaged in the marketplace, but did you know that today women make up over 60% of the labor force (up from 38% in 1960)? Also, the average married couple now spends a combined average of more than 90 hours a week on the job! The challenge this presents business professionals and their families is unprecedented. Every believer in the workplace needs continual support and encouragement to maintain godly priorities and to make an impact for the kingdom of God. This is a basic objective of Business Fellowship.
