    Hello Everyone,

I hope you are weathering the winter and ready for Spring.  Overland Park Kiwanis Club is Sponsoring a Night at the Car Museum.  Dinner will be BBQ, Raffles, and live Auction too.

Armacost Museum is a unique car museum that is not open to the public, the only way to see the special Cars there is through a fundraiser .  The Tax deductible donations will go to Children's Mercy Hospital to help them with a Family room in a new part of the hospital. Our goal is 200 tickets which is the max capacity for an event like this.  I need your help because I would like to be able to commit at least 100 with your help.

We need a check made out to Kansas Kiwanis Foundation, let us know your Name, address, email and phone, in case we need to contact you for change of arrangements etc.

You may contact me or Cynthia Sdano @ 913-568-7109 or email kcsdano@aol.com. If you know anyone that loves unique cars and would like to help the Kids please pass this information on.

    Thank you.

The guest speaker is Jack Mackey, Chief Evangelist at Service Management Group (SMG), the world’s leading customer experience analytics agency, dedicated to improving customer loyalty and sales for service-based businesses. Jack says there are only three ways to drive sales growth: 1. Keep the customers you have now, 2. Get your current customers to spend more or, 3. Get more new customers. You can accomplish all three by creating a loyalty-inspiring customer experience.

Jack studied Business Administration at the University of Arizona and his career began in the luxury hotel business. He became an award-winning chef and soon an independent multi-unit restaurant operator. Several requests for management consulting in the hospitality industry eventually brought Jack to Kansas City to specialize in service management and customer loyalty. He has advised senior executives from more than 650 service-based companies on customer experience measurement and research technology and is a Founding Member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association. Don’t miss out on a chance to hear this great speaker!
