The guest speaker is Jack Mackey, Chief Evangelist at Service Management Group (SMG), the world’s leading customer experience analytics agency, dedicated to improving customer loyalty and sales for service-based businesses. Jack says there are only three ways to drive sales growth: 1. Keep the customers you have now, 2. Get your current customers to spend more or, 3. Get more new customers. You can accomplish all three by creating a loyalty-inspiring customer experience.

Jack studied Business Administration at the University of Arizona and his career began in the luxury hotel business. He became an award-winning chef and soon an independent multi-unit restaurant operator. Several requests for management consulting in the hospitality industry eventually brought Jack to Kansas City to specialize in service management and customer loyalty. He has advised senior executives from more than 650 service-based companies on customer experience measurement and research technology and is a Founding Member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association. Don’t miss out on a chance to hear this great speaker!

As you all know by now, we are participating in the Go Red for Women in support of the American Heart Association. Please help support this wonderful cause by donating and of course, watching me beat our competition on February 9th. All checks should be made payable to American Heart Association.

We are holding the race at 8320 Ward Pkwy. The race will be outside, weather permitting, or on the 3rd floor of the building. Think running in heels is hard? This lady in red is built for speed, not comfort!

Thank you in advance for your donations and support. Let’s do this!

Steps of Faith reconnects amputees to their communities, families, and work forces by relieving the financial burden of prosthetic care. Our donors make it possible. With the help of our donors, we are able to remove the physical limitations amputees face and empower them to focus on overcoming new challenges.

Beyond living life with this disability, the financial burdens for an amputee can be extraordinary.

STEPS OF FAITH IS A 501C3 NONPROFIT CHARITY.

    ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
