By completing this form you agree to the following terms:

• We are not able to provide monetary compensation for volunteer roles. Any logistical costs, such as travel and accommodation, are the responsibility of the volunteer themselves.
•  Volunteers will be provided the same meals as conference ticket holders. (See conference agenda for details.)
•  We select applications based on their availability. Space is limited, and some applicants may be offered a different role. Please be advised that we are looking for volunteers who are available the entire confrence length. Part-time help will still be accepted.
•  Once an application is accepted, we will confirm the volunteer work shifts and details within our event agenda.
• You are available to volunteer, should you be confirmed; a planning call will be scheduled to discuss details and work shifts
• You understand that volunteer positions may require standing for long hours and lifting/moving of event signage and decor.
• You understand that there is a code of conduct to be demonstrated during the event
